SeaSolveX mediation services do not benefit from SRA protections applicable to authorised law firms, including the SRA Compensation Fund or SRA minimum professional indemnity insurance terms. SeaSolveX maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with industry standards.
Our services are governed by our Mediation Agreement, Terms of Business and applicable alternative dispute resolution standards. Where eligible, clients may have access to the Legal Ombudsman for England and Wales.
